We are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and always on time as committed by us. Delay in post or transit or customhouse is out of our control.
As soon as we receive confirm order on line with payment, we start process of shipping. It may take 3-4 days to ship. As per our experience so far it takes a week to 3 weeks to reach the order at destination.
We ship all our orders by Registered Air Mail/Post of Indian Postal System, a government enterprise. It has a tracking number and we can see on line the status of delivery.
Each order would be shipped only to a single destination address specified at the time of payment for that order. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you shall need to place multiple orders.
We ship orders from Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays as notified by Indian Government.
AAll items will be shipped with an invoice. In case the invoice is not received, you may write an email to [email protected] mentioning your order reference number and we will immediately provide copy of invoice.
Delivery charges are included in the price mentioned on web site. There wont be any additional delivery charges on any product. Customer only pays what he/she sees on the website.
We don’t have system of cash on delivery. We ship the order once we receive full payment paid by credit card through our payment gateway company.

There are NO hidden charges on any order. List prices are final and all-inclusive. The price you see on the product page is exactly what you would pay.
We experienced over time that some customers mention their address in short and the order returns undelivered due to unclear address. Thereby it is request to please put full/correct address including correct full name, house number, street number/name, area, city, province/state, country and PIN/ZIP code.
