Product once sold, is not returned. Customer may replace the product. It’s easy to replace a product. Generally it is not required for our products because we check each and every product carefully before packing and dispatch. Only situations come up when products get damaged on the way.
If at the time of delivery you find a product is damaged, you may refuse to take delivery and send back the same to sender.
If after taking delivery you find that product is damaged, then simply send us an email on firstname.lastname@example.org and inform what happened to the product received. We appreciate to have a picture of damaged product. Once we have the information, we immediately ship the replacement without any additional cost.
